Union property "London 2012"
The union contract is the means by which properties after collection of the reservations mentioned below (April, 15th 2011) is going to buy one or more horses to be given to the rider Roberto Rotators. Ownership of the horse/s so obtained will be divided proportionately according to the amounts paied by each investor as described below.
In this way, you try to reach, with the rider Roberto Rotatori, sporting-agonistics objectives in the near future, including participation in the 2012 London Olympics.
The FISE - Italian Federation of Equestrian Sports endorses and supports this initiative to try to bring Italy to the highest levels in the Equestrian Eventing.
The FISE has in fact already formally declared its direct participation to the union of property London 2012 as well as contributing economically.
Other sponsors and individuals have already expressed willingness to join the union property in question, but the attainment of the highest number of participations in the syndicate will be a guarantee to buy quality horses together to achieve significant competitive targets.
Have already been identified at least two potentially suitable horses.
Reservations for participation in the union property London 2012 will close on April 15, 2011 and perfected through:
(i) completing and signing the Booking Form Annex (Italian only)
and contextual
(ii) transmission via registered mail to the addresses set out herein and contextual anticipation or by fax at 0586 899851 (Studio Avv. Vincenzo Giardino) or e-mail vincenzo.giardino@studiolegalegiardino.it and at the same time at info@robertorotatori.com.
The purchase of the horse/s will be performed within 60 days from April 15th. If within 60 days, extensible for special reasons for a further 60 days, the union property London 2012 will not have been established and therefore no horse had to be purchased, each investor will be refunded of any amount paid without maturation of any interest.
